Terms & Conditions

Minis can only be used on minis offered- specific dates and times. Cannot be booked on any date. Discount does not apply to additional images or travel fees. Minis/sessions can only be transferred one time within 12 months.

Session time can be split into 30 minute increments, if you have more than a 30 minute session in your collective.

Location- I am located at Edwards afb, any location more than 30 minutes will incur a $1 per minute charge.

THIS IS A YEAR CONTRACT. YOU CANNOT CANCEL. If you do not want to keep your membership after your year, you have that option. If you cancel before your year is up, you are responsible for the remaining balance which must be paid within 7 days. (Please keep in mind this is not to be mean, however I cannot do several sessions for someone, just for someone to cancel after a couple months and cause me to lose money after my work has already been done. )

MONTHLY PAYMENTS - In order to be fair with all members, any late payments more than 48 hours or you have not contacted me to make arrangements - you will lose any current booked sessions until payment is made. Additionally, any current albums that have been delivered will be locked from future downloads.

If you do not give a 48 hour notice when cancelling any session, you will lose that session. Venue fees are paid by all members.  Any venue fees paid for a session are non-refundable.

Turn around for all galleries is typically 1 week, unless I’m out of town for a family function. I always try to make it much faster than this though! 1 week total from the date of your session to the final edits. Please keep in mind - family emergencies happen. Also, be mindful of "busier" mini sessions, such as Christmas Tree Farm, sunflower fields, etc... this can sometimes cause a back up with delivering of proof galleries and final galleries. You always have the option to notify me in advance if you would like the full gallery for the $65. (member pricing)

Minis are always posted in the VIP group. No code needed unless you are Platinum.

The only time any additional fees are required are is if a studio or venue charges me. Then I split that up with members who are interested. Membership fees are already so heavily discounted, that they do not allot for venue fees.

PROOF GALLERIES: Members are to refrain from taking a screenshot of proof gallery images. Watermarks are to not be removed. Until final images are delivered, you do not own the images for public sharing. Thank you SO much for helping me protect my brand.

AI: Please, please do not input photos that have been finalized by Devotie Images into any AI software. This is to help protect my style and brand.

CANCELLATIONS CAN OCCUR AT ANYTIME FOR SESSIONS, DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS BAD WEATHER OR LACK OF INTEREST. (MUST HAVE 50% OR MORE INTERESTED IN A SESSION) SESSIONS WILL BE RESCHEDULED ASAP, WHEN THIS OCCURS - IF POSSIBLE. I ALWAYS DO MY BEST TO NOT RESCHEDULE, BUT I CANT ALWAYS CONTROL ALL FACTORS, SUCH AS WEATHER.

REFUNDS ON SESSIONS NOT YOUR FAULT: IF A SESSION IS NOT YOUR FAULT - BUT MINE (REALLY THE ONLY TIME THIS SHOULD HAPPEN IS IF SOMETHING TRAUMATIC HAS HAPPENED OR THE MILITARY MOVES US) - THEN YOU WILL GET A REFUND ACCORDING TO THE DISCOUNTED VALUE OF THE MEMEMBERSHIP.
